Frequently Asked Questions
Children’s party packages are available from 4 years and older. There is no charge for babies unless catering is required.
Volcano Island is outdoors so we recommend the appropriate clothing for the weather.
If the weather is particularly bad we will look to move your party on the day onto our Games Range which is fully undercover
Full payment is required to secure your kids party booking slot.
This needs to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.

This is made up of approximately 1 hour on Volcano Island or The Games Range and then 1 hour in Rex’s Cafe
Yes, our kitchen is completely nut-free.
If you concerns regarding other allergies, please contact us by email or telephone, or speak to a member of staff on-site when you arrive.
Yes you can bring a birthday cake along. This is the only catering you can bring, all other food and drink is either within the party package or can be purchased on site.
Food and drinks are provided in the package.
Guests can bring their own birthday cake and wax candles, but not sparklers (they set off our fire alarm).
Yes, all equipment is provided to you on the day.
Members of staff are always available if any help is required, however, we do not have a dedicated member of staff following through the game.
